Better means of injesting tramadol???

Swim has been waiting weeks for an appointment with a pain specialist and is in a good deal of pain but only has a large supply of Tramadol to keep the pain at bay. Are there any special methods of taking tramadol to ensure a better effect? Swim has tried mixing with lemonade for quick onset but other than that can't think of any other way to take the stuff. Any ideas???

Paracetamole will help getting a better effect in the terms of reducing pain. 0,5 - 1 gram is good for SWiM. One should not eat high doses for too long though, as the liver will disapprove.
