Combinations - Anti-histamines & MDMA

SWIM was thinking if it would be dangerous mixing MDMA and an anti-histamine(drowsy type like diphenidramine and triprolidine) at the therapeutic dosage he takes for flu.

he knows anti-histamines are anti-cholinergics and this makes the heart to beat faster and harder, also, but not sure, they give hyperthermia.and they also act as SSRI, or boost in some way serotonin
however he is not taking this to get high as a delirant but just at low therapeutic dosage.

would this still gave problems with MDMA?

oh, SWIM reads somewhere that anti-histamines potentially block MDMA neurotoxic effects.Somebody here ever heard of that?

I guess it isn't the best idea in the world, MDMA can be very speedy, especially if speed is in the pill. Also the SSRI effect blocks the effects of true psychedelics, so my guess is that you would get a lot of serotonin, but no psychedelic effect, which would not be nice and only make you drowsy. Please correct me if I'm talking BS.
