Best kind of poppy pods for cooked flake opium?

If my friend Swim was to make cooked flake opium in the way mentioned in the improved flake opium thread, what type of poppy pods would yield the highest grade finished product? Also, if you know, in case some swiys would have to use seeds, what are the best type of poppy seeds to use? Thanks a lot
