Opinions - how addictive do ya think ambien is recreationally??

swim belives in legalization of all drugs but thinks that they should still have an addiction scale so where would you swimmers that have tried it what would you rate its addictiveness at? 0 being none 10 being infuckingsane. please tell swim why you chose the rating they did. btw swim says a 6 up there with all the benzos and probably more addictive than lorazapam for swim....

What does 10 stand for? Is it "instantly addictive" or "as addictive as nicotine/crack cocaine/heroin"? I would rate Ambien and benzodiazapines as being relativley powerful drugs of addiction, especially as the addiction is creeping and less people are aware of how addictive it can be.

To a drug addict, any substance used will most likely be abused, usually sooner than later.

Be careful. SWIM fought an addiction to Ambien for over six months. SWIM's withdrawal was rough. SWIM nearly lost my job over it. SWIM was awfully mean to SWIM's wife and kids. SWIM had panic attacks several times weekly. SWIM is not thought of generally as an addictive-type. Actually, quite the opposite.

I get 5mg prescribed, and unless I take about 35mg, all they do is give me a very, very mild trip and I can't sleep.

swim has gone to 40mg but will never go above 20mg in any sitting, way too intense even at 30mg, but swim puts his tabs under his tounge, its as good as snorting but it lasts longer cuz swim dosent swallow it like the snorting drip. popping is a mild dull sleepy trip.
