Is this even possible within the uk law system.

I was only asking because if it is possible then you could demand for your DNA to be removed from a police computer, especily if you where arrested and then not charged for a drug related crime.

I only ask because swim was charged with something and expects the case to be dropped and everything taken to be returned and Swim wants his DNA to be removed from the computer.
