Another Pot Bust (USA)
Two N.H. men charged after marijuana raid
October 12, 2007 CHARLESTOWN, N.H. --New Hampshire authorities arrested two men after confiscating marijuana, cultivation equipment and drug paraphernalia during raids on their homes. Darby Laberge, 50, and Otto Foster, 47, were charged with felony manufacturing a controlled drug and were released on personal recognizance bail. Authorities said they seized five marijuana plants, several ounces of dried marijuana, cultivation equipment and a digital scale from Laberge's home. They said they found 10 marijuana plants, cultivation equipment and a variety of marijuana seeds inside Foster's home.
