Howdy!
Swim is currently working out but needs some extra boost if you know what he means. If not, He means he needs an extra "spark" that will help aid his metabolism and give him more energy during the day. There are tons of formulas on the market today but thought he,d post in these forums to see if anyone has actually found any that work! Let's hear your opinions on some of the formulas out there and how you liked/disliked them. Swim is looking for energy, metabolism boost, hunger depressant. Anyone?
