Kava + stims ?

SWIM read that some kavalactones are MAOI's. Don't know if this is true. but it is why SWIM has not yet experimented.

First, some report using kava + adderall. How does this affect the duration and subjective high of adderall? How much estimated kavalactones are consumed (by kavalactones/gram)? (d-amp has little affect on SWIM, last consumed 160mg of adderall with a mild and disappointing high.) Does it ease the insomnia of adderall?

Second, what of kava + methylphenidate? SWIM says the high is incredible on MPH alone, the insomnia is unbearable and using alcohol to allay results in poor sleep. Kava alone affords great sleep. Also what would SWIY recommend the dose of kavalactones be (by grams * kavalactones/gram).

SWIM is afraid to mess with MAOI's while on other substances, even if they are reversible. THanks for any info we can provide him.
