Rectal Bioavalability of Morphine?
SWIM has read many threads and sites about rectal bioavailability of morphine, reading thats its anywhere from about the same as oral administration to even up to %70. SWIM would like to know what it really is, and if you could provide a source with your answer that would be great.

*Under Pharmacokinetics and Metabolism According to this site, Rectal Bioavailability in Humans is averaged at 35% [Source]http://grande.nal.usda.gov/ibids/ind...s&therow=16908 This is the only method SWIM is unsure of, and SWIM has a hard time finding good info on it
