First time taking Kava-kava

SWIM just ordered a few packets of instant kava from a well-known kava farm in hawaii and is very excited about it's arrival in the next couple of weeks. SWIM uses kratom and cannabis quite regularly so what should she expect from kava? She will be mixing it mith a glass of soymilk and drinking it alone in the evening. Is it the kind of thing SWIM could take around in a bottle to keep her anxiety levels down when she goes out?

yes swim always puts some kava tincture into a can of soda or a water bottle before he goes to hang with his friends. sepecially if he knows hes gonna be smokin weed. it usually takes 15 min for the real anti anxiety effects to take over but the first 15min is alright. very clear headed opiate like tranquility.

Swim thinks that kava is very relaxing and indeed it does effect the kappa-opoid receptors, but by no means is it like any commonly used painkillers.
