The Nicotine Gum isn't as effective as Nicorette, which costs more. But there is absolutely no effect noticed by people from the Nicotine Gum, Then the Nicorette Gum. Why is this? What is in that brand that isn't in the other?

SWIM has found that the Nicorette gum gives him a weird nicotine buzz, lasting over the course of a half hour or so, but coming in "waves". The new flavored kind tastes good as well, but he might as well be chewing Orbit to help him quit.
