How long has SWIY been smoking?

So How long has SWIY been smoking weed? Does he only smoke weed or does he also smoke ciggarettes? Has he noticed any negative side effects?

For SWIM its been 6 years of smoking mostly weed with an occasional cig here and there and no negative side effects.

Im just kind of curious to see what its like after smoking weed for a long time and if any side effects have resulted from smoking for so long.
