Smoking - How much Crack to smoke for a first time?

I've searched for this topic and i can't find anything on it. What I want to know is, after I've made crack, how much should I smoke? I am afraid of overdose.

Sorry, to explain a bit better. I mean how big should the first hit be, for a first timer?

hmmm, I'm not sure of the exact weight, because I generally just eyeball it. I would select a rock that is about the size of a match-head from a book of matches, that should be plenty.

Swim has did C for the first time last night, started around 10pm, still into his 8ball at 630a now, he has a high tolerance so he figured he would be ok with C, which swim is,, lots of rec. use with H and Feti.. thing is, which i figured would happen, im up all night and its alomst 7am.. he plans on stopping at 8am,, what do people do the following day?? any sleep? nap? more C lol, he has a slight headache?? any cool activites to do or any suggestions on what u do the following day???

Finally Newbies!!

SWIM is a newbie and will only smoke once a month with BF. SWIM's BF is unfortunately addicted but somehow still maintains life.

But, SWIM remembers her first few times (recently).....binging the few times SWIM indulges seems to help her prevent addiction. SWIM's binge usually goes on for 18-24 hours and by that time not only is the money exhausted (gotta budget) SWIM is exhausted and can sleep off the down time that is so rough.

SWIM has a high tolerance to most everything, so it was a trial and error thing for getting the size (amount) to use on one hit. SWIM's BF started her off very small and found SWIM needs a larger hit......BUT it depends on the crack - some cuts can't be hit in larger sizes. SWIM's BF has a dealer that provides a good balanced drug.

SWIM was ignorant (so stupid) when starting - SWIM thought the "RINGER" and "BLACK OUT" effect was near od'ing and stayed away from that level of high..........I know - SWIM has since learned, but still fears it.

Geez does C make any one else extremely thirsty? Swim mixes hers with some pot and smokes it. SWIM is newbie and don't smoke daily. SWIM's love is oxy which swim gets each month due to a back issue. But swim needed something to get swim to her next doc appt. Does C (rock form) a stimulant?

swim tried rocks once..first hit was out of hand..but every 5 dollar rock only has 2 good hits...if swiy wants to get cracked out...buy like a 20 piece rock...hold it in as long as possible...crack is fun but just a cheap thrill in swims opinion...have fun

SWIM hates to go OT but he'll say this..... just take one nice hoot of rock if you're starting out. It might not be everyone's bag and SWIM would recommend taking the same cautious approach as with everything else. Just take it slow and hope you find what you're looking for!

SWIM's advice for first time blasters: Assuming SWIY is hitting from a straight shooter, just load a piece that is about the same diameter as the pipe. Take the lighter and gently roll the pipe around and melt the piece into the screen (choreboy). Alot of people think that the actual rock is what you want to hit, thats not the case. What SWIY is after is the oils that soak into the screen. After SWIY has melted the oils into the screen, gently put the flame on/off to the end of the straight shooter until SWIY cant taste the dope. SWIY will know, it has a most distinct taste and keep gently pulling until the taste ceases. Hold it in for around 10-15 seconds and gently exhale through SWIY's nostril's. Welcome to Hell.
