under the tongue xr
swim crushed a adderall xr today and snorted it
he didnt like the effects all that much he likes taking them orally better from what he can tell he has never tried the under the tongue method how good is it? how long will it take before you start feeling it?

crushed em all up real good put them under tongue.. held there about 3 mins then swallowed with milk wasnt all that great
