best way to prepare heavenly blue Morning Glory?

whats the best way to prepare heavenly blue seeds without the use of alcohol or a grinder? i ate some toda, but just got a lethargy feeling and stomach ache for the rest of the day

...On a helpful note, if one Hypothetically persued to extraction on heavenly blue(mg seeds) without alchohol or a grinder he MUST first note:

1. It is by far required grinding-up the seeds, rather one is using a grinder, rolling-pin, hammer,etc (you decide)
2. Instead of using "alchohol"(Ethanol im assuming), it is definately probable to use Methanol(Methyl alchohol), BUT the reason why people avoid it is because it will cause blindness, and kill you if even a little is consumed, people are generally scared to use methanol. I personaly would NEVER reccomend it! only to myself. Yes this may not be helpful to you, but it is the best if not better substitute i could think of.

What i really believe is that you should read ALOT more before performing such an extraction. Good luck.

On another note: since you seem like a new Bee, swim would HIGHLY recomend that one performs a "tea", pretty-much use water! Find more info VIA google search engine or this site, Keywords: extract morning glory water. GO.
