I'm wondering who's tried this, and if there's one type of pod that's better than another? Or if seeds work better than pods? I've seen directions for both pods and seeds, and am not sure which to try first. Seeds can be bought pretty cheap, so I'm reluctant to believe they work too well for achieving a relaxed feeling/affect. The pods are more expensive, but there's so many different kinds of poppy pods (california poppy pods were listed in the directions for the tea). So anyone have any suggestions for what works best? |
