Codeine and promethazine.
SWIMS getting a bit of a tolerance and 500mg of codeine isn't doing what he wants it too. He was thinking 500mg of codeine with 20mg of promethazine to hopefully give the codeine and extra kick? What is this like, he hasn't read and can't find much on this combo.

Why doesn't swim do the sensible thing and abstein for a while? It may make him a stronger person.
Prometh will only increase sedation, not euphoria. It won't give Swim what he's looking for.
