Fuel Alcohol Drinkable/Extractable?

Deleted...I was wondering if alcohol in fuel could be extracted with water. Even though I made it clear SWIY have to be insane to think about drinking (bet w/ one's life), further thought convinced me some dummy might wind up with a belly full of "dry gas" anti-ice chems.

But it would be interesting if one could "de-alc" petroleum if it was needed to be so for some application.
