Heroin to Suboxone

Do SWIY think it would be safe for SWIM to take an 8mg/2mg suboxone sublingual the morning following a day of heroin use? SWIM will be barely withdrawing in the morning. His doc says to give 3 days but do SWIY think one night is enough time?
