Swim... (in Indiana currently) is completely disgusted and desperate right now. Swim had about 10-15 people over for an international student's birthday party. Apparently 2-3 people ran from the cops as they were leaving swim's party and somehow claimed they were from swim's party and it was also somehow realized they were underage (do not understand all of this yet). THEN 6 cop cars swarm around swim's house and claim they have the right to search swim's entire house (because these kids ran from them??!). They do. Swim has 8 underage drinkers at her house. The $%&^#(& cops have now arrested all of them. Swim has been searching for about 2 hours on the internet for the ACTUAL Indian law about warrents, searching people's houses, and is also specifically worried right now about her international friend being deported (she turned 20 just today). She is only a second year.
Swim would like to add that they literally searched her entire house; bringing out seeds and stems (we have no weed currently)- siting that as a felany!!!! And her Hookah- which has never had weed smoked out of it!!! Luckily they did not find certain other things, but this is ABSOLUTELY enough to piss swim the hell off...... (and that is being way too nice)..
Please. Any help. Any site. Swim would love to find a way to kick the cops where it counts. She would love to be able to find the ACTUAL law. And with that prove them wrong in the first place for entering and searching her entire house. Thank you for any response given.
