What can you do with concerta?

Swim has 54 mg of concerta and would like to know what can be done with it to achieve a high.

Hmm SWIY could cut it into several pieces and parachute them but SWIM isn't sure if that would result in anything seeing to it it's a small dose of concerta. SWIM knows purifying methylphenidate from ritalin is very easy and very potent when smoked but isn't sure if the same can be done with concerta.

Sorry Swim wasn't clear. Swim has 90 pills with 54 mg each.

WOWZAS :P SWIM has a high tolerence so he usually does 10-15 in a night to have a good time. SWIY should probably try taking 5 at first and gauge how many more you want to do after those kick in. SWIM cuts them in half when he does this, not sure if it helps or not but it can't hurt to try.

SWIM also has a large supply of 54's and is wondering about doseage, when the other person posted "10-15" I hope they meant of 18mg ones...

No SWIM meant 10-15 54mg's. Just spread out and dosed for a long night and early next day not taken all at once. It still makes for a intense high but is best for it's length. SWIM might take 2 every 2 hours and speed for 13-14 hours. Remember unlike ritalin the methylphenidate is absorbed over 8 hours, not 4 hours like an oral dose or IR ritalin or 1-22 long effects of snorted ritalin. SWIM doesn't advise anyone try dosing concerta but thinks if SWIY is planning on it then only do it if SWIY is very experienced with methylphenidate and when dosing be sure never to take more until the last dose has fully kicked in and SWIY is completely comfortable with adding to their high and only dosing in small increments. Don't take more once SWIY's achieved their preferred level of intoxication, including durring/after the comedown. Once achieved, the plateau last for 8 hours.

Swimmy did once about 700 mg of concerta in 24 hours , it would probily kill most avaarge human swimmy is used to snort up to 80mg of ritalin(all at once) after taking 90mg orally
