Unrooted cactus
Hey there, i'm just wondering how long one could potentially leave a San Pedro unrooted before deciding to process it. Basically do they go off..

Re: Unrooted cactus
San Pedro (and many other cacti) are incredibly resiliant. SWIM should get some potting soil and gravel and place the critter in it in a pot. Water it now and then. It will spring back to life after a long period of dormancy. It's amazing to see 'em do this - and they will!

Re: Unrooted cactus
Ok, thanks for the advice guys..
SWIM was planning to keep the cactus unrooted for a few months, then extract the juice, but now may try and pot it and see what happens. Bigger the better, right? ![]() |
