liquid measurement help

Swim has 100mg of 2c-e on the way as well as 25mg doc. He wants to know the best liquid to dilute them with for liquid measurement? And how long do they last once they are mixed, as well as how they should be stored? Swim doesnt want to eye ball the dosages as that can be dangerous and extremly unaccurate. Any input is appreiciated, thanks

Water should work OK for mixing and measuring volumetrically with phenethylamines. They should be stored in a darkened refrigeration unit. Preferably also locked up and/or hidden. When kept away from light and heat these chemicals should last for quite some time with little loss of potency, though I can't say how long exactly.
