tramadol newbie

swim has just found 30 x 50mg of tramadol hydrochloride.
swim is not familiar with opiates (having looked up tramadol hydrochloride, i'm assuming that's what it is) what would be a suggested dose for a newbie?

Well, if swiy is a opiate newbie too, my advise would be to take 2 (on a full stomach) wait for an hour and a half and then pop another one.
Dont mix with alcohol, or other drugs, exepct weed (which goes pretty fine with Trams)

Actualy, it would be smarter not to take the third one for the first time.

It would be wise for SWIM to read up on SSRI's (USTFSE) before he/she takes any Tramadol. While it triggers similar receptors in the brain as, say, codeine - it does alot more. Not all of it good.
