new 2 rolling, is it overrated? help !

Hey guys. Swim heard the most amazing things about E's. Absolute energy, confidence, great feeling...

Swim is new to the pill scene, and swim had swim had his first ever pill a month ago and yeah apparently it felt good but didnt make Swim get up and dance like Swim heard it will make one do...

• Swim is not a dancer & cant dance for shit but Swim heard on a pill this all changes and you just get up and do it without giving a shit wat one looks like. Swim heard stories of the dorkiest of dorks dancing the night away on pills, why doesnt this happen to swim? Swim still doesnt have the confidence to get up and do it, like it should, like swim was told.

Swim had 2 1/2 pills last nite and just felt a bit wierd, felt it in the body and STILL, swim didnt get up and dance. Swim cant even describe the buzz that E gives him. The pills that swim has had have been chargy.

• Swim doesnt feel that euphoric feeling that E seems to give everyone, why would that be?

• Swim doesnt really feel a massive energy surge either when swim is on it, or if he does he doesnt notice it, why is that?

• Could swim be one of those ppl who takes a good few pills to start enjoying himself on it? A slow responder or watever?

TBH swim doesnt want to give up on it yet, swim really wants to experience what everyone else seems to when they are on it. Can you guys help swim out?

don't try to feel what the other have told they felt.
just enjoy, even if you don't dance... talk to friends it's good also...

Have you check the quality of the pills swiy took ? (trusted seller, experimented friends who took the same pill, testing or TLC analysis ...)

Maybe what swiy ate didn't contain MDMA nor any amphetamine.

The other point is that when someone is experimenting a drug new to him, he needs time to understand what the effects are, how they work, how can he control the effects.
if one is reticent to the effects of the drug he ingested, he won't enjoy.
if swim doesn't want to dance, the E won't make him dance.
if swim is sad not to dance, the E won't make him happy.
but if he makes an effort, get up and start to dance, he will feel that unusual extra energy and good feelings he was looking for...

it's not the drug that use swiy, it's swiy that use the drug, so it's for swiy to make extra efforts so that expected feelings come.
(not sure it's understandable, my english is ~)

Anyway, do not think it is a quantity probleme. do not take 5 pills the next time because 2 1/2 where not good last time.

1 good pill is allready a lot.

The more important is to set yourself in a good mood before, and not to focus on the effects you feel, just enjoy the party.

I agree with most of what joachimist said. If SWIY is not feeling euphoria or energy, SWIY would be wise to have the pills tested (a wise choice to begin with) and consider a new source. However if SWIY gets them from the same batch as someone else who is experiencing a good roll then SWIY may just not be as susceptible to the effects as most people.

And E will not simply make one dance. If one desires to dance then they will dance. If they are not normally inclined to dancing there's no reason that E will bring it out. However if one strongly desires to dance, E may provide the self-love/assuredness that is required for one to dance in front of others without fear of negative consequences.

Good clean E should provide great mental clarity and incredible feelings of well-being in most users. People tend to forgive and forget their own short comings as well as those of others. The users are likely to be more chatty and open and friendly, as the world suddenly seems more welcoming and less ugly to them. These are just general reactions however. Everyone will react differently to a certain extent.

Is one taking anti-depressants (particularly SSRI's) or tramadol (which has a similar type of activity), or has one taken these in the past, month for ssris or few weeks for ultram?

Both of these can kill swiys roll! The pharoph unfortunately wasted 3 apparantly very good rolls not armed with this information and being on a daily dosage of ultram for several months.

Bongo tried Tramadol. It made him angry and depressed - as well as feeling like a wet sponge in the Sun. Then he found out the SSRI connection. His toilet got the rest of 'em. Blech!

ingesting mdma to realize its full potential requires preperation.
1. one should not be taking SSRI meds before or during (antidepressants, anti anxiety)
2. one should not be taking MAOI meds before or during(potentially lethal)
3. one should not have full stomach of food ( drastically slows absorption)
4. one should not ingest dopamine releasing substances like cocaine
5. guesstimate a hearty dose for yourself. (if pill Z is known to contain 60 mg of mdma , then you would want to take two for a 120mg dose.

unless one has pure mdma it is difficult to ascertain how much of drug x is in you mixture...in addition swiy has to know what else is in there...say one pill has 25mg mdma...well what if that same pill had a dose of PMA? Now, if all swiy knew was the MDMA in it they would pop 5 and thats all she wrote.

It sometimes scares me what ppl might be putting in their bodies by taking ecstasy, and certainly scares swim knowing he used to put that in his body without a second thought to what was in his pill

yeah i'd stick to 1 pill for your first time, swim still has some intense rolls on just 1 pill.
if swiy doesn't feel comfortable with having a whole one then just have half.
it's pretty important to feel comfortable in swiyour environment and how much/many swiy takes.
++ pills are definatley NOT overrated in swim's opinion. unlike a lot of other drugs.

In short, No, E is not at all overrated for the first 8 or 9 times. Then if you start doing it habitually, you lose the 'magic'. You'll know what I mean if you ever experience this. So in short, SWIM should take a pill and happy rolling

Swim tried Pills and MD for the first time about 2 month ago and swim has started to really enjoy the experiece but has started to take more to try get a better and better buzz which leads one to start to worry for swim's health, although they can still have one and enjoy it so don't make me worrying stop you do anything, or do anything but yeh, swim likes it..

I know this isn't real revelant, but it's kind of funny. I saw in the title "rolling" and thought this was a thread about rolling joints.
The two times I did X fourteen years ago, I was unaware of the term "rolling", but boy, watch out- 1/2 a pill of that shit made me trip harder than acid. It was out of this world, a little too out of this world. Glad I was with decent, trusting people and nothing violent, weird, or police-related happened.
I see on the forum people taking like 4 or more pills at once. Has the quality decreased, or can you build up a tolerance, requiring a larger dose?
I swear if I had taken any more than 1/2 a pill I could not have handled the trip. Is it still that good, or no?

1/2 a pill shouldn't make you trip at all let alone harder than acid. Swim thinks you had a dodgy pill.

The usual dose for swim is one pill and maybe another an hour later.
And that shouldn't make you trip either. Maybe a little if you smoked some bud though.

I was with 3 people who had done it before. That were familiar. I wasn't. Let me describe to you how I felt, and maybe you can shed some light on this situation. There's a couple key things that I found exteremly odd, I will note those and you can tell me WTF hopefully.
1.) I had a bag of green weed in my pocket. I had just paid for it. Over the course of the trip, I became transfixed w/the way the weed felt in my hand, so all night I was touching it, messing with it, not even aware really that I was doing it. When the night was winding down, my hands stunk like KGB, were all sticky and I had like one big bud left, but most of my bag was gone. I think at one point I may have thought the weed was a flower and was trying to pull off petals... Yet on this shit I had no concept that the weed just cost you money, it isn't to play with...all I knew is that it felt good.
2.)The four of us approached a club. We were laughing, giggling, we looked so fucked up. The doorman told us it was closed, but I swear there were folks in there and he just told us No because we looked fucking lit like ten Christmas trees plus a few wreaths...We looked and were acting so fucked up...If a cop had seen us we would've been in da jail for public intoxication, and searched.
3.)My friend was driving in a busy city while we were tripping balls. The road looked like a roller coaster in a way, all lit up and I remember wondering "How the fuck is this guy driving on this?" Yet his driving was great. I wasn't scared at all. Just like "Whoa...how is this guy driving...no one can drive that high." I am sure the drug was killing my fear about being a passenger in the X mobile by the way.
4.)I want to make it clear I was not hallucinating like acid, things were not breathing, changing, etc. But things did look altered- extrememly in some cases, like the road while we were driving. Not like it was changing constantly different- it just looked different in a stationary position.
I also want to let ya know when I use the word tripping, that could refer to
1.)Being nervous on speed
2.)A negative emotional path
3.)Pondering something
4.)An acid trip (Which I haven't taken in 14 years)
OR
5.)Any other intense drug trip that is good or bad
Most of the folks I know use trippin' to describe any one of the above things or even things not listed above.
Yeah, trippin' was what I was doing on that X, not hallucinating.

P.S. One other time I took a whole X pill and I barely got off. I mean, I imagined and talked myself into what I was feeling.
This other shit that I tripped on, boy, was I shocked...Oh, also I want you to know that the 2 others people were familair w/ this stuff, he drove on it, and they didn't seem suprised by the intensity of the trip, they didn't get sick, say it was bad or anything. Me and my friend were not familair w/it, but at least he didn't shred his weed cause it felt so good in his hand.
Since I don't live there I guess it doesn't matter- in Portland, Or. there is a hospital up on the hill, I think it's Emmanuel, and I wanted to drive up the hill cause it was pretty w/ all the lights, so we drove there. Then there is like a huge stone castle out of the way you can climb and hang out on, with a neat view..If any of you guys ever visit Portland go ask someone in a store or tourist center where that castle is. Then go to Laurelhurst park. Trip where trippers have tripped. Ha Ha.
Also, this stuff was way too strong for me to even think about sex- let alone get horny. Are you supposed to get horny on it?
So, you tell me, do you think it was bunk or just the killer shit us well connected old folks used to get back in the day when oxy was a zit scrubby pad?
Didn't smoke weed while trippin', either.
