sleeping after roll?

SWIM took 4 pills last night and has not been able to sleep at all. The pills SWIM took seems to have a lot of meth in it because his hands are still sweating right now and cannot sleep. What can he do to help him sleep?

Does SWIY smoke weed? A good few joints to help SWIM come down off stimulants and other drugs works wonders for SWIM.

Tell SWIM to get some benzo's. 20mg of diazepam should help SWIY wind down nicely.

Zopiclone and Zolpidem also work a treat, but not for all.

If SWIY doesn't want to use illegal drugs to come down, SWIY can try diphenhydramine or dimenhydrinate. Check the pharmacy for sleep aids.
