Combinations - MDMA + adderal (seeking advice)

swim took 2 30mg adderal xrs @ 10am then wants to take 60mg instant release @ 8 pm. then about 1 - 2 e pills after...is that safe?

Mixing multiple cns stimulants causes alot more stress on your body and usually isnt recommended.

Why doesnt SWIY skip the 60mg instant release aderall and just take the e-pill, then if need be the 2nd e-pill?

That would be a much better idea and it wont make a difference to SWIY.

it apparently ups the neurotoxicity due to the increase of dopamine, and of course like IHrtHalucingens was saying it can be a bit hard on the body... however, as far as safety is concerned (that is risk of dying... we know this is a toxic and unhealthy combo already) keep in mind that many many e pills are premixed with recreational doses of various types of speed as it is-- tho 60mgs seems like a bit much... unless swiyour tolerance is there maybe tone it down a touch to make up for the mdma's stimulation? Of course the amount of e is impossible to judge unless experience with the pills exists, typically a lowered balance is done when mixing similar drugs (someone wouldn't take a full dose of mushrooms and lsd for example).. but then mdma is pretty dose specific too so maybe the speed should be focused on?
