Getting refills on scheduled drugs

Anybody know how long one has to wait before he get a refill on a scheduled drug?

Also does it change for lower schedules?

For sched 3 drugs it looks like 2 days( though some pharms will only do one day in advance). This was for swims hydrocodone script for kyphoscoliosis.

Sched 2 drugs cant have refils but docs can write a new in a set amount of days in some places ie script1 for today script 2- fill in 30 days script 3- fill in 60 day.
