Is the party over??? (MDMA NOT Beer)!

I had this dream that the party was over.

You see, I love to drink eXtra amounts of beer. But in my dream, the best beer I had was back in 1999/2000. Since then, seems like nobody drinks as much beer as they used to. It's becoming very frustrating because whenever I do go out and find some beer to drink, the quality sucks and there's hardly any 'alcohol' in the beer. There's just way too much fake beer out there and I hate it. I really, really, hate it. I'd love to see the glory days of 1999 return, but I'm losing faith. My passion - beer - has been destroyed by beer manufacturing companies that don't care about quality. They only care about selling more bottles. The whole beer-eXperience of being drunk doesn't even 'feel' the same way it used to years ago. That's depressing.

So, I was thinking - if I could go to one area of this planet where drinking beer and getting drunk was still fun, easy, and not a major hassel, where would that be? I need opinions on where the best beer-drinking areas of this Earth are because - I actually may take a holiday.

If you could go to a beer festival anywhere in the world, where would it be? Thailand? East/West Europe? California? Australia? Where?!?!?
