one of the most annoying things about GBL is the way it can make people feel extremely sleepy and lethargic after eating a meal.
it almost makes some people miss the odd meal now and again, to avoid this effect. ![]() does anyone know of anyone else that gets this? does anyone know the reason for it? and any way of avoiding it (except to avoid one or the other, duh )cheers. |

Re: GBL + Food = extreme sleepiness?
SWIM finds that is she takes GBL after eating she is more likely to get sleepy from it, but eating after consuming GBL has the opposite affect. This is maybe because of the time it takes your body to process it when you have a full stomach. this is even more true with 14B.

More energy. But not if food is eaten directly after consuming GBL, but after the hit is felt when the munchies come on.

Re: GBL + Food = extreme sleepiness?
SWIM hasn't really noticed how his stomach contents alter the effects of GBL but high doses tend to make SWIM pass out regardless but only for a little while.

cos here in the UK, GBL is both legal and buyable online. although many people love GHB, it's illegal and not as straightforward to convert as some people make out. anyway, the question is about GBL.
