Marijuana and Salvia divinorum ... Always fun??

Just wondering.. I heard of alot of people tell me nothing can go wrong... throw some salvia inthe bowl with weed and you will have an awesome time.. just wondering if its true and maybe why it would be better with weed...

I think this combo is F'n great. Yet that doesn't mean nothing can go wrong, because of course it is salvia. Usually you won't have a break through salvia experience expecially from a pipe, but some people find salvia very a uncomfortable experience (but thats usually from a break through experience) when smoking it in a combo it just usually adds a little something to the high. It sure seems to get me higher. To me the mix combination to me gives it somewhat of a nitrous oxide rush, but that could just be me because I have never heard this from anyone else. This combo probally varies person to person give it a shot and tell us what you thought.

Do you even know what you're talking about? You're comparing N02 with salvia? How do you smoke salvia... in a joint?

I never said salvia is like N02. Don't put words in my mouth. I said the combination of salvia DRY LEAVES and weed gave me an insane head rush similiar to that of N02 and made me laugh histaricaly. Weed takes the edge off for me on salvia.
Now a REAL salvia experience is nothing like what I said above, but salvia is not always the same! why does everyone think if you smoke salvia you will have a trip like everyone else. This is not the case. How you smoke it really changes the effects. What you may think salvia always does isn't the same to others, at low level salvia trips it feels more like a dissociative to me expecially with weed.(it is a dissociative!) at higher its ......its salvia.

Everyone on this forum acts like if you smoke salvia only one thing can happen out of it. You will get that insane salvia trip. If you where to smoke some salvia extract or dry leaves in a blunt maybe with some weed, and smoke it like weed(not holding in for too long) it won't give you that insane trip, yet it will give you a buzz. You don't have to smoke it in a pipe or bong, or hold the flame on it, or hold it in long. Those all just work best to get a true salvia trip. Have any of you experimented with dry leaves as much as I have? I used to by QP after QP of dry leaves to play with. Their great, and cheap. I could get nice salvia trips from repeated bong hits, holding it in, and usign torch lighter as well. But the dry leaves also have another use I found for myself a more recreational use with extract you don't have that option. I don't limit myself to experimenting in a certain way because everyone says its best, I do whats best for me, and I liek variaty.

robocop- everything effects everyone differantly. the first few times i used salvia it did take a lot of dried leaf and extract for me to really experience a -realityshift- and i used it quite often. however i, like most people who have experience sally often, have had experiences that have givin me a very deep respect and fear of sally the green goddess. and that fear needs to be with anybody who is going to dance with sally, because if they are expecting a fun mild marijuana high and experience a whole new reality in which they live an entire life as the sludge on the back of an earthworm and when they awake after just 10 short minute it takes them hours days or weeks to recover and remember the world as it is outside of sally's belly..... well it can be a life changing thing, that people need to be aware of.

as far how it works ... yes, it's true that for most people it's going to have to be smoked with a torch lighter through a waterpipe and the smoke held in for a 20 count for most people to experience for a first time .... there are those few who it will just take a little and will hit them fast. especially for regular heroin users (since salvinorum A is an opiate based, the tolorance effect is there) and with a high tolorance to salvia or heroin, comes the reverse tolorance effect that is common with salvia .... that is the higher your opiate tolorance is, the less salvia it takes to trip.

personally there have been time afters daily use for a month or so where it literally took me just being in the room with somebody else smoking salvia for me to start feeling a level 2 or 3 effects. it's odd.

bottom line, we all understand that salvia CAN be fun and that it USUALLY takes a lot to really get off .... many of us understand that just as likely of you having fun you COULD have a life changing experience that will be hard to adjust from and that it's POSSIBLE that it'll only take a little this time....

a true love for sally MUST be founded on a base of respect and fear.

I got real stoned and then smoked some salvia and the salvia cancelled out my expensive buzz. I wont be doing that again

Maybe the salvia scared the high out of you, lol, like when your smoking weed and get pulled over by the police. What a buzz kill.
