Insufflation techniques in general

SWIM was curious of SWIY's insufflation techniques. If SWIY had to measure on a scale of 1 to 3...1 being maybe the inhalation force of a yawn (very close to normal breathing), and 3 being the force exerted when trying to keep a bloody nose from running (quite strong) and 2 somewhere inbetween...maybe a quick sniffle...where would SWIY rate their level of insufflation? SWIM is asking because they believe this affects the level of absorption.

SWIM finds that inhaling too sharply often causes product to immediately reach back of throat (not good).

Begin.

Re: Insufflation techniques in general

if swiy is just talking about adderall, swim hasn't noticed that the addy quickly hits the back of the throat, but then again swim would only rate her insufflation level at about 1.5 and people often comment on how quiet she is when she does it and there are always noticeable results.

Re: Insufflation techniques in general

Swim has noticed that when snorting 15mg of Adderall it goes up very fast (compared to Opiates) and does not bother the back of your throat or sinuses that much, after around 10 minutes you will snort or sniffle and notice it heading down your throat. Its very nice and easy compared to Opiates.

Re: Insufflation techniques in general

I say method two, more than just a normal breath but not as extreme as trying to keep blood from coming out of your nose if you're having a nosebleed and have no tissues. I usually snort almost like I do when I just have the sniffles, take it up nice and slow..

there is a minor burn in the sinuses but nothing too uncomfortable, and I've experienced no burn in the back of the throat or anything, and the taste of the drip isn't bad either..
