Having read that other post, I doubt anything will stop the DEA from pressing charges, but in terms of what's legal and what a final court ruling would be:
A friend of mine stumbled onto a site supplying various piperazines, which claimed that some were legal in the US. They are: TFMPP (claims legality after expired scheduling) pFPP (says legal everywhere) mCPP (says legal in the US explicitly) meOPP (no claims for or against) Yet the legality of these could possibly be disputed. It seems likely that mCPP and pFPP could be considered analogues of BZP (Schedule I in the USA), and that even TFMPP might be considered an analog, even though its ruling expired. Not sure of the ins and outs. Can anyone clarify the matter? |

Re: Piperazine legality in the USA
without doubt, absolutely not.
not even whatever stooge sitting at the attourney general's desk could argue what could or could not be prosecuted under the analogue act, it is that vague. one could assume that since apothecarian companies are openly advertising and selling piperazine derivatives that one was simply following suit. if they dont prosecute pfizer, wtf should they prosecute swiY? |

Re: Piperazine legality in the USA
Yes they can prosecute you for analogues. You can not be prosecuted for the ones you listed above but BZP is illegal in the USA and its in the same category, and if you order MBZP it's just as illegal because its very similar chemically. Same thing goes for MDEA, it's a analogue of MDMA and you will be prosecuted just the same as importing MDMA.
