Experiences - Swim's Experience: Ending with Hospitalisation

So swim gets a hold of LSD and takes it with swim's friend GOAT. Swim said it tasted like chemicals. Swim and GOAT are found in a parking lot across from swims house. Swim gets shot with thorazine in the hospital. Swim wakes up in hospital bed with arms and legs strapped down. Goat is not nearly as bad. Swim and goat had 2 tabs each.

Swim plans on not leaving swims house next time.

Swim said it tasted like chemicals. Swim felt onset in 45 minutes. 15 minutes after that and swim was in the most intense trip of swims life. Goat said it was also his most intense trip. Swim was seeing patterns and faces everywhere. Swim somehow thought swim was gay. Swim thought goat was trying to persuade swim to engage in sexual acts (even though goat never said anything directly). When swim finally decided that he was in fact homosexual, swim decided to go outside. Goat followed swim to a parking lot across the street.

he cops showed up five minutes later. Swim thought the cops were just trying to find out if swim was gay. Swim didn’t a single word to the cops. Goat said that they both took LSD. Swim then thought that god was playing a trick on him. Earlier he thought to himself "If it came down to it, would I first admit that I was gay, or that there was a god." Swim thought that god sent the cops there to find out if he was gay and to mess with him.

The ambulance then shows up because Swim hasn’t said any words yet. Swim is told to lay in the ambulance. Goat is allowed in the ambulance with swim (strange right?). Swim is injected with something in the ambulance which makes swim feel like his head is being crushed. Swim loses connection with reality. Swim thinks that he is never coming back. Swim starts screaming "Kill Em" and "Just fucking kill em already" Swim is referring to himself.

Swim arrives at the hospital. Swim is fighting the doctors because they are trying to strap him down. Swim gets injected again. Swim gets strapped down by arms and legs. Swim then gets a catheter put in. Swim thinks that the doctors cut off his twig and berries because they found out he is gay. Swim asks the police officer who is present to shoot him.

Swim comes back to reality when he hears goat yell swims name from across the room. In 45 minutes, the locks are taken off of the restraints. Goat is allowed to leave, it is 5:00 AM. Swim is kept in a psych ward until 5 :30 pm. We entered the hospital at around 3:00 A.M.

Goat was not strapped down. Goat tells swim that he was aware that he was in a hospital the whole time. Goat was not tripping nearly as hard. However, Goat tripped for another 10 hours after he got home and was not able to sleep, no matter how much marijuana he smoked.

On a side note, Goat had a blunt in his hand when the cops rolled up, which was confiscated. No charges were pressed.

This is a textbook case of Homosexual Panic - one of the more common causes of severe psychotic reactions to psychedelics back in the 1960's. But it's rare to see it these days with people living in more progressive societies.

I would suggest SWIM seek out some counciling to sort things out before venturing further with his research in this field.

Swim is positive he is not gay. Or at least positive that he is attracted to females.

Sounds like Goat maybe convinced Swim he was gay or Swim already felt that Goat was gay?

Swim tripped again with goat. This time one blotter was split in half. Each party took one half.

Swim wanted desperately to get away from goat at parts of the trip. Goat would not leave swim alone. At the end of the trip, goat said he was not happy with the "acid goat".

So when goat takes lsd he finds swim attractive? Or in general just pesterd swim on his trip?
