Leary Biscuit/Firecracker

SWIM is new in school in a dorm. He wants to make firecrackers or learly biscuits. He is wondering about the smell when microwaving the biscuits and if it is okay to make firecrackers in the microwave. Also h wants to know if the bud in the biscuit can be below the cheese or not, and if the cheese can be tostitos salsa con queso, if you know what that is.
