Space Monkeys

Swim works at a headshop and sells this product labeled as "space monkeys" herbal XTC, and is selled as incense to be legal. it's packaged in tablets so it would be taken orally. swim is wondering exactly what's in it to be sold as incense. any suggestions? swim lives in the US if that helps with laws about products being sold as incense. at the shop swim sells salvia in the same manner, but it couldn't possibly be salvia could it? thanks for any help
