Is Swim Going To Get Seritonin Syndrome?

well tonight swim decided it would be a good idea to take 5mg of lexapro(escitalopram) wait an hour and smoke a bowl of indica. swim did it and is currently feeling great a little too great maby. the high is very intense and swim remembers now that because he took lsa 2 days prior to this there might be a ssri interaction. also swim took vicodin/hydrocodone and loperamide about 2 days ago also would this have an effect? what does marijuana do to seritonin? he is not really having any seritonin syndrome symptoms, he is defenatly feeling the lexapro though, but read that they can occur much later. is swim in any danger? what symptoms should swim look out for majorly?

it is unlikely that SWIY has serotonin syndrome from using a SSRI (escitalopram) once, especially at 5mg, thats quite a low dose. While LSA the effects tend to be quite mild and again 2 days later should show no problem. SWIY is probably just feeling the synergy from increased serotonin and some nice indica. However, as a warning dont use SSRI's recreationally, it's really not worth it. They alter brain chemistry for someone who is depressed, it's really not something SWIY wants to be messing around with.

dont worry about the opiates either, they will be out of SWIY's system in two days, and thats just talking urine tests nevermind bloodstream.
