yes u herd swim right swim took a 3 oz saline nasal spray and emptied it and replaced it with warm water and squizzed a whole 75mcg fent patch in the bottle and shake it for 5 mins and then woo woo it is a blessing from the lord him self plus swim has a whole empty patch left for when i run out please i ask all my fellow opiophiles to please try this no matter if you are a 15 bag dope lover or a oxy 80 to the nose lover swim wants all to try this little wonder lol

Be careful with fentanyl. This doesn't seem like the safest way to measure a dose, either.
Also, avoid self-incrimination.

At any rate, SWIM has yet to try fentanyl, seems very nice, though. Quite dangerous, but seems like a lovely high. SWIM will have to try it someday, if he can ever get his hands on some.
