Salvia Divinorum anxiety

SWIM has wanted to get full effects from salvia for many months now, but SWIM always ends up chickening out when the time comes to use it, because SWIM is simply too nervous about what is going to happen. SWIM has taken small hits of 5x extract, and the "gravity"(the physical pushing/pulling I guess) that ensues always makes SWIM feel very uncomfortable, not to mention the increase in body temperature which is just as bad. SWIM has had a responsible sitter present at the time, but that did not help relieve the anxiety. Does anyone else have a problem similar to this, or perhaps a solution?
