60g of dried San Pedro = 2 doses?

Hello,

SWIM is getting hold of 60g of dried san pedro next week and based on some research he did he told me you 100g dried= 300mg Mescaline and 150mg of mescaline is the threshold for someone to feel any effect. But then he said the amount of mescaline can vary so if SWIM and a friend took 1 dose of 30g each in some yoghurt... do you reckon they will fell any effect? Thanks
