Oxiracetam stack

My dog has access to Oxiracetam and a few other nootropics. He wants to find the best stack in order to help learning/cognition. In about one monthe my dog intents to take MDMA and ecstasy.

Would Oxiracetam be the best nootropic to be used with it in terms of helping to achieve a heightened state and a better come down?

What would be the best combo?
