Ok SWIM has been a happy Psilocybe Semilanceata tripper for the best part of a decade. Every season for a few weeks each year SWIM picks liberties and usually makes tea to drink. However, towards the end of last years season, SWIM began to get a gradually increasing throbbing pain in the throat (around the adam's apple). This did happen during one of the trips but mostly occured on and off during the following week. This pain was unpleasant and seemed to come on when it felt like it.

Lying down seemed to help in most cases.
So SWIM didn't do any more after that last season, and the pain subsided and went away. But SWIM is most annoyed as the trips are very fun and he likes them very much. SWIM is 99.9999% sure he picked good shrooms, as he has done this for many years without problem. And now the season has begun again in the UK (found some on 4th Sept).
SWIM wonders if anyone else has had any similar problems, and any possible remedies. Could making them into tea be the problem? Would an alternative method of ingestion be beneficial?
SWIM says thanks in advance
