LSD bust Minnesota law help
Someone I know was found at a festival in Minnesota with half a sheet of LSD. Also an ounce of pot. He resisted arrest, and was intoxicated in public.
The police arrested him and he has been awaiting trail for about a month. Does anyone know anything about Minnesota state law? Or just law in general concerning someone having 50 hits of lsd with intent to distribute? What will the outcome of this be? Surely I imagine prison..? What if he returns with a pretty much clean slate, is he a narc? Any information on this would be GREATLY appreciated. thanks
