Health - Kava-kava Smoking Warning!

SWIM has been smoking kava recently and has since come out in a red bumpy rash mostly around the face, but also on the body. It seems this method brings about the allergic response to the lactones far quicker. SWIM recommends people do NOT try smoking kava.

First of all; why would swiy consider to smoke Kava?

Secondly, I was almost certain that the kavalactones found in Kava are destroyed at high tempertures.

Eh, I think swim will stick to oral ingestion... the traditional method of ingestion the way it has been done for centuries.

Nope. Smoking definitely works. No doubt about it. SWIM tried smoking it as he heard it was more potent this way and was curious to see what effect it would have. SWIM would also like to point out he had been taking Kratom, too. Not at the same time, but a day before, so SWIM is not 100% sure which one caused the allergic reaction. Though From reading about the two, Kava is the more likely culprit as it's associated with skin complaints.
