lots of people do the "toss back and chase" method.....and no....it doesnt really effect the high....for some reason swim finds the best and quickest high comes after hes mixed the powdered leaf with some other emulsified medium (applesauce, snack packs, yogurt).

The SWIM I know has had both poor quality Kratom, and really, really good kratom....in neither case would he EVER think of eating 40grams of the stuff. He would be sick as a dog all day if he even got close to that.

Toss n' wash works best for the SWIM I know. The Tea is more relaxing, yes, but more is needed to feel it. Eating the leaves dry gives more euphoria and it lasts longer. Sometimes, he does a little of both methods, makes a tea from 1 teaspoon of good kratom and then washes another teaspoon of the dry powder down with the newly made tea. SWIM has told me that it takes him to his happy kratom place very quickly.

can swim use a blender mix dry leaves with JUICE and create powder kratom in a drink? Please help swim is so confused

Yeah tossing and washing is fine even with commercial powder ive had 20grams(I have a tolerence) tonight and no sickness.You should be able to drink the water in juice and it should go down ok when fully blended into the water.have fun
