should swim just take it or do something else
swim has 1 30 mg adderal tablet he plans to take in the morning.
its a xr though meaning 15mgs wont kick in till 4 hours later. should he crush up the beads and snort them? or wrap them in toilet paper and swallow it?

depends on what swim is looking for, it is all personal prefrence. there are pros and cons to the different preparations and administrations of adderall. Swim is sure a quick search on the search engine would turn up threads on such a subject. (try Adderall basics or snort vs swollow) something along those lines
