Poppy Seed Tea Dosage

Hello, SWIM has drinken poppy seed tea many times before using 600 grams of the same brand of poppy seeds (black in color), but only doing one extraction, (SWIM has heard you can do 3 full extractions with the same poppy seeds.) SWIM's pet Mudkip drove him to a different store where SWIM picked up another 600 grams of a different brand of poppy seeds (they are blue in color,) Should SWIM do multible extractions of 300 grams or one extraction of 600 grams and drink half and wait too see if he needs to drink the other half?

This is SWIM's first post so if he is breaking any rules im sure he would be more than happy to fix anything.
