Snorting a whole stamp

So that swim guy snorted heroin for his first time with two of his friends. Him and buddy #1 both snorted half a stamp. Buddy #2 did one of his own as he was more experienced.

Swim would describe the level of intoxication as moderate. He figures his tolerance was a little higher by default then buddy #1's as he didn't get as high or stay high as long. He plans on doing it again after a few weeks to make sure any tolerance goes back down and it doesn't become a habbit.

Would Swim be safe snorting a whole stamp himself? He's aware of the fact that the purity varies, but could it be so pure that one stamp would lead to an OD?
