Swim just got some bad news, his dealer overdosed on acid trying to get it across the border for swim, he had a few sheets on his leg and it absorbed into his skin giving him his last ultimate trip

He was a good man that sold swim a lot of good times for dirt cheap but this is a reason why swim keep his friends and dealers separate.


Swim hopes he had had a good time on his last trip but thinks it was probably a nightmare....to actually o.d on acid....jesus that must have been scary.


Swim never thought twice about it but now truly appreciates the work our boys have to go through just for our next high....


R.I.P jason, thank you dude, swim will never forget you.

Might be awhile before it gets printed out....swim got the info yesterday from his dealers girlfriend and he didn't want to drill her with questions on how he died as she was already in a state of shock, poor girl....she won't be getting anymore free trips for awhile hehe

There is only one recorded lethal overdose of LSD, a person mistakenly injected 320mg intravenously, thinking it was speed. See this and this. A standard blotter is between 0,05 and 0,15mg. The person who died of an LSD overdose injected the amount of 3200 average blotters intravenously.

Well.

a) Resorption through the skin is way worse than with oral ingestion.
b) To my knowledge there is no confirmed death directly caused by LSD (i.e. via physical effects).
c) LSD's LD50 (lethal dose where 50% of the test-subjects die) is unknown for humans. Interpolating from LD50 of rats and mice you get a value between 1g and 5g for a 65kg human.
d) Smuggling LSD on sheets wrapped around one's legs is the most stupid idea I've _ever_ heard of.

Swia thinks maybe the girl in shock said thats what caused his death not knowing much about it. Is there any other psychedelic type drug in those amounts to be absorbed through skin that could kill?

Another ridiculous thread. In all fairness lexmark, you have over 100 posts. You should know better than this. To overdose on LSD through skin absorbtion one would need to bathe in a tub full of the stuff and to be honest, I doubt that would even do it.

this has all been said before but thought I'd chime in. to the best of my knowlage (admittadly limated that it is) you can't die from an overdose of lsd directly you can however bad trip and run out in front of, oh, say a bus, out a window , etc. that said swim spilled a whole breathmint drop bottle of liquid in they're pocket when the lid came off. they removed pants immediatly once they noticed but damage was already done. needless to say they didn't die or turn into orange juice, they did have a scary night and doubt they were much good for conversation for several weeks

You don't have to,swims only passing on the news that he got from the GIRLFRIEND! Swim doubts his girl would make such a lie but believe what you want, swim will look in local papers but isn't sure if he od'ed in the states or canada.....

anyways who says he wrapped plain sheets around his leg....he could have had them stored in anything and maybe his sweet soaked it up....coulda been any kind of freak accident. swim will dig for more details and post em if he finds.

Yeah , if you do. perhaps you should read about lsd an decide for yourself if u think its the case.. i certainly dont think so, but will wait on details...

The window between effective dose and lethal dose of DOx are much smaller than that of LSD. A good dose of for example DOI is around 2,5mg, while around 100mg can be lethal, so the lethal dose is around 40 times a strong dose, if the person in question had several sheets of DOx blotters it would be more plausible, but even in that case it would be very plausible. Only a small portion of the total dose would be absorbed, so the person in question had to be walking around with a dozen if not more sheets.
