Perscribed Adderall 30mg XRS

Swim had this problem with coke a few years back. Loved the uppers, after goignt o a prescriber for medication for Bi Polar, had an ADD test welll kinda... just out of the blue thinks swim should be on 30-40 mg a day twice a day.

Ofcourse it will help swim out with school in normal doses but what about when swim gets bored and goes off the directed plan,

Can snorting The adderal or using more than the recommended dose make swim sorry later when swims taking it regularly everyday for school? Other than the concerns of running out too fast

Therapeutic doses are not supposed to present a euphoric effect. Euphoria effect is related to dopamine release in the nucleus accumbens and it's something you develop tolerance to extremely quickly. I don't recommend chasing these feelings.

Yeah, it could be something you might end up being sorry about I'd say, if SWIY actually wants his meds to work medicinally. If SWIY wants to tweak then that's another thing -- but the two modes of use don't go together well.

The therapeutic effects, concentration and focus, don't fade for many people at all even after many years and there's evidence that they can actually sensitize related dopaminergic pathways outside of the mechanisms of tolerance/withdrawal. ie chronic administration of amphetamine actually sensitizes the user to it, and LESS drug is required to produce the same effect. The effect that wanes is the euphoria; a modest, antidepressant-like mood boost, increased energy, etc. remains.

Also, note that amphetamines have been known to kick-start manic cycling. Is SWIY bipolar? Is SWIY on a mood stabilizer?
